Greetings friends, I'm Michael Goff from a small town just outside of Waco Texas, called China Springs. We lived out on what was called the Bend of the Bosque. A small town and small school with a graduating class of about 45. We rode the school bus every day, unless we could catch a ride with my brother who was going to the same school anyway if we gave him 50 cents for gas. Every summer growing up I spent at my Grandparents who had a farm in McGregor. They usually had about 40 head of cattle and farmed about 300 acres, mostly growing Oats, Maze, Cotton and Corn. My fondest memories are the ones made while following my Grandpa around everywhere he went and the special attention you could always count on from my Granny. One thing I know for sure is that they loved their Grandchildren. Well, it was those memories that actually shaped me and my life and I feel made me the man I am today. I believe this greatly influenced my music as well as I have a tendency to go heavy into the country ballads especially if it has anything to do with farming or the cowboy life. I’m a little to the right of Country and a little to the left of Bluegrass... I love writing and have a few originals that are soon to be recorded. I’m always looking forward to my next gig at Gabby’s BBQ and I hope to meet you there. Please come by and say hello.. Thanks and God Bless!

Silver Shoes is the Texas duo - Maureen Finlon and John Finnigan. These Texas singer-songwriters instinctively combine country, rock, folk and pop with vocals that shine clear and pure. According to Silver Shoes logic; performing, songwriting, and the recording process, breaks down into three essential ingredients: rhythm, melody, and storytelling.
Coming from a family of musicians, John Finnigan started playing an Imperial accordion at the age of ten. Borrowing his older brother’s set of Slingerland drums; John joined his first rock & roll band as a drummer at the age of fourteen.

Brian Kalinec is a Houston-based singer-songwriter with East Texas roots who has performed in the Houston area since 1976. While he focuses primarily on original music, he enjoys performing a variety of classic folk and country songs as well, particularly with Jeff’s smooth melodic guitar style and powerful harmonies. He especially looks forward to harmonizing and picking when Jeff pulls out some fine legendary cowboy song that the two of them may or may not have ever performed together. “Jeff keeps me on my musical toes,” says Brian. Also a native Texan, Jeff Chambers has played with country dance bands since the ‘70’s.
